Tutoring youths with disabilities.

Impaired mental disability can be as a result of one ore meor of the following:

Genetic problems
Birth injuries
Early brain infections
Chemical exposure
Drugs
Alchool, etc

I need to know the challenges tutoring children with special needs?

How can such teachers be encouraged? Shocked
